Paved roads saunter along our mountain, connecting every lot, and at this moment, the North Carolina Department of Transportation has crews paving the winding country roads that lead to Berry Cove. That means we have taken the "rugged" out of "rugged mountain paradise."

Who is Behind Berry Cove?

The Berry Cove development team includes several individuals whose combined experience makes them experts at creating successful communities with a sensitivity to preserving the natural character of the development site.

Bob Lundberg has already produced 12 successful developments in the western Carolinas, and he calls Franklin, NC home.

David Lundberg counts Berry Cove as one of 4 developments in the western Carolina mountains, and he has produced multiple developments in the Orlando, FL market.

Greg Kainz is a commercial developer from Orlando, FL.

Bruce Bessier brings experience in producing well appointed residential properties.

Utilities

We have run power to each of our 17 lots and obtained septic permits, removing the biggest challenge to building a custom home in the mountains, and leaving you with a perfect lot where you can dream, design, and build your dream home.

Nantahala National Forest

Our mountain overlooks the Nantahala National Forest. That means most of your view is protected so you know that when you stand and gaze at the view from your maintain paradise there won’t be anyone gazing back at you.
